Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyWebVision website (“mywebvision.com”) and the website design, development, branding, and related services (“Services”) offered by MyWebVision (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our Services.

1. Services

MyWebVision provides custom website design, website development, logo design, brand identity, and related creative services. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are described in the package selection, quote, or written agreement (“Project Agreement”) we agree to before work begins.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment schedule: A deposit is required to start work. Final payment is due before the website or final deliverables are transferred, launched, or made live, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payment: Projects may be paused if payment is more than 7 days overdue. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received.
  • Refunds: Because creative work is custom, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds for completed milestones are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely and accurate content, feedback, access, and materials needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing content or delayed approvals may extend the timeline. You are responsible for the accuracy of any text, images, or information you provide.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Revisions are changes within the original agreed scope. New features, extra pages, or major direction changes after approval may require a separate quote.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you is transferred to you. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before project launch.

You must have the legal right to any materials you provide to us, including text, images, logos, and trademarks. We are not liable for content or materials you supply without proper rights.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party platforms for hosting, payment, analytics, fonts, or other services. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyWebVision is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, the deposit is retained and any additional work already completed will be invoiced. If we terminate, we will provide a prorated refund for unstarted work.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
